Bronson Bitwell Jeweled Level Wind Reel

This is a very nice looking reel with very simplistic design. It has no line traveller that would keep the line level on the spool on more modern reels. This is a very nice clean level wind reel with very little wear, most of the original finish intact. In perfect working order! It is marked "BITWELL JEWELED NO. 3300" on the end plate, and "BRONSON REEL CO. BRONSON MICH. MADE IN U.S.A.". The end plate diameter is 2.0" and the overall width is 3.4" across including the handles. Has a good strong clicker (the clicker has an on off switch). A very nice looking reel, about 97% nickel plating intact, (there is some brassing noted on the rod attachment support, at one end). Just oil it a bit, add some line and go fishin!
