An antique paperweight made in the late 19th century. The paperweight is made of India-bronze and is in the form of a sculpture of a sitting Indian Sikh Guru wearing traditional Sikh attire. The sculpture is mounted on a circular platform and was made separately before being fused together. The craftsmanship is of very good quality, with stunning details.

CONDITION:
Showing age and usage with an excellent natural patina.

MEASUREMENTS:
Height of the bronze sculpture, including the base: 5.5 cm (2.17 inches)
Diameter of the base: 4.5 cm (1.77 inches)
