Boy Scouts Picture Story 1968 This is a January 1968 story. This is a true story of Scouts in Action published in cartoon like form in color. Reads on January 10, 1066 Gary Keiser fell through the ice in Devon Park Pond near Milford, Conn. He had two companions with him. Joe went for help while Scout James Deschenes stayed and rescued his friend, even though he fell through the ice himself. He was awarded the Certificate for heroism by the National Court of Honor, Boy Scouts of America. Jim is a member of Troop 14 Devon, Conn sponsored by the Devon Lions Club. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall
