Blue "Willow" plate, made by Petrus Regout of Maastricht, Holland.  Early Sphinx mark, dates from around 1891.  Measures 9"d.  No large chips or cracks, only minor edge defects as shown and surface scratches.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
