Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Dinner Plate

I am not sure what type of flower this is, thistle? But, it is hand painted. I like the wide gray band around the outside of the plate with brown on the very rim. It is marked Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Hand Painted Underglaze 13B. The plate is 9 1/2 " across the center.
