Nice real photograph of Gold Beach on the Oregon Coast. It is signed by the photographer Loren Larson. The 10" x 8" photo is in excellent condition. The 15" x 12" frame is good but the hanger piece on the back is missing. The is some handwriting on the mat. It is someone's name. I am not sure why someone would put a name on that mat that is not the artist. It says " Grandma Marie Josephine Chevrett".
