This is a rare old catalog from BAY STATE TAP & DIE COMPANY in Mansfield Mass catalog No. 28. It's in good condition with some wear, and some light moisture staining on the top edge of some of the pages. The cover is pressed paper with a leather look. They sold good quality taps and dies and sets. There is also a nice section of table in the back of the book. There is 117 pages. Also included is some advertising papers shown in the picture.
