Ballantine Ale Mighty Welcome Ad 1948 This is a March 16, 1948 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from P Ballantine and Sons of Newark NJ. Ad shows a man wearing a Western hat, a red scarf and white shirt and pouring himself a cold glass of ale from a Ballantine bottle. Also shows him doing tricks with a rope, one ring for purity, a second for body and a third for flavor. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 inches wide by 13 1/2 inches tall.
