This is a nice clean 9" battery post cleaning pliers marked "ATLAS POST CLEANER CAN. PATENTED 1934 U.S. PAT. 1913606 " in raised cast letter on both sides of the pliers. In very good condition overall very little wear noted. Very nice automotive pliers!
