This dates pre-1900. The underside of the piece is marked with a fleur de lis and Apollo Silver Company - quadruple plate - and 756. LOVELY repousse cherubs are hugging and sitting around what looks like an arrow. The sides are also repousse and the pretty fancy feet are the nicest finishing touch. This is very old, has not been cleaned and has lots of dark patina on it. No dings or dents. Probably would have been a vanity item such as a trinket box.
