Antique Print P. Vanderhem 2 Dutch Fishermen

Unusual Antique Print P. Vanderhem of 2 Dutch Fisherman. One is slim and the other on the chubby side. They kind of look like an Abbott & Costello team. Anyway they have baggy pants and wearing wooden shoes and are carrying baskets and walking on a snow covered wharf. I have tried to find some information on P. Vanderham and the only art I have been able to identify is some very high end character poster art. The look is similar to these two fellow so am pretty confidant that this artist is the same but I am unable to find this exact piece. It is framed behind glass in a plain old black painted wood frame. The lithograph itself has some wrinkles in it. Plus it looks like it the glass need to be cleaned on both sides. The paper backing has been torn.  measures  15x11.5 inches 

 

However since the frame is not special I can take it out of the frame and just mail the print to you for a lot less money.
