This Carnival Glass Beaded Shell Creamer is 4 3/4" tall x 6 1/4" wide it  was Made by Dugan Diamond Glass Co..  It has no cut or scratch marks at all and good even Marigold color with a Clear foot and handle. This item in this condition is very RARE for Carnival Glass because of the delicate foot. Table Set pieces are seldom found or offered for sale in this pattern. It is one of the nicest Creamers in this pattern that I have seen  in 60 years of selling Antiques and I collect Carnival Glass  The Replacement value of this Plate  is $80.00.
