Neoclassical Giltwood & Gesso Overmantel Mirror

This large, antique giltwood and gesso mirror in the neoclassical style features a classical female portrait at the top and measures 50" tall, 36.5" wide and 6" deep. Glass is original and there are some gesso losses, consistent with age. This mirror will compliment any classical ( neoclassical ) decor such as French Louis XIV, XVI, Empire, English Georgian or Regency.
