We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful set of 6 solid mahogany ball and claw cabriole leg dining chairs that date from the 1880s to 1890s in beautiful as found condition. These are a little loose and we will tighten them up prior to shipping. The chairs are all solid mahogany including the center splat. They have a carved scroll on both sides of the curled back, one piece flared back leg, cabriole style front leg and a solid mahogany chair frame. It has what appears to be leather upholstery that is quite usable. The patina and colors match. Two of the chairs have a little corner block missing on the front and we will correct prior to shipping if you remind us at the time of the sale. The finish is really nice and old showing minor nicks and dings. The only thing that you may want to do is change the upholstery due to the aged look. The overall size of the chairs are 21.5 inches wide across the front legs, 20 inches wide across the front of the seat, 18 inches deep from the front to the back, 38 inches high to the chair back and 19 inches high to the seat. It is a great set of 6 high quality chairs. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. Outside New England it will change, so please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for outside of New England for shipping.
