1900's ANTIQUE repousse SILVER Chalice Cobalt

This looks like an old OLD CHURCH Chalice with Cobalt glass inset. The work on this is like something you would only find in a cathedral with heavily ornate architectural work and great attention to detail. As you can see by the top, this has a hand worked heavy top that has some fabulous work on it. The sides of the chalice ? have the repousse metal work that drops down to the ornate bottom. This measures 8" tall. I am not sure of the silver content.
