18kt gold cameo pendant / Victorian portrait genuine diamond / Corletto Italy / ruby hand painted brooch / pearl pendant / Antique woman

This is a most beautiful  hand painted cameo portrait  pendant that hangs from a gold filled chain. Really quite a gorgeous heavy ornate  piece with pearls that frame the beautiful woman in the center. There are genuine diamonds and one ruby inset into the portrait. Not a small piece either ( 1 3/4" Long) she hangs from a gold filled 24" chain .  The pendant is really well made and is in very good condition.   One of the more ornate pieces I have seen. It is one that will surely draw attention and bring you many compliments. If this is shipped overseas it will have to be sent registered mail if you don't want to pay for insurance.
