We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful example of civil war era Victorian marble top furniture that I would date around the 1860s. It is in nice original condition and has minimal damage. There are a couple of cracks in the wood that we will detail out prior to shipping. Other than that, there are no negatives. It has the original clam shell cast iron drips pans, original umbrella arms intact, ogee shapely bevel edge marble top that sits on a hand carved reverse curved hand cut dove tail drawer, barley twists on the posts, barley twist on the outside arm supports, 9 hanging pegs intact that haven’t been broken, shapely mirror in the center, shapely floral cut out backsplash and four picture frame panels underneath the drawer. I see three small wood cracks that have nothing to do with sturdiness that will detail out prior to shipping. The overall size is 44 inches wide at the widest point which is the outside pegs on top, 18 inches deep and 86 inches high. The height to the marble is 32 inches. This is a really amazing piece that we are pleased to be offering. Shipping estimates starts at $385.00-$425.00 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England. We can assist you in setting up shipping if needed, you would pay the shipping company direct. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
