Vintage Oriental or Chinese man Figurine carrying a bucket and ladle. He is probably a water carrier. It measures 9.25". There is a foil sticker on the bottom that identifies it as Norcrest. The medium feels like combination of bisque and Papier Mache. I don't know enough about it to say what is made of either way. The condition is excellent.
