French Bronze Signed “A. Carrier” [Carrier-Belleuse], Albert-Ernest Carrier de Belleuse (1824-1887) Studied at the Academy of fine arts in Paris, Carrier had his debut at the Salon in 1851. Highly desirable sculptor whose works are held in the permanent collections of major European museums.
