Yankee Push Drill w/6 Spiral Bits Germany

$65.00
Quantity available: 1
This is a very unique, quality made, clean used spiral push drill w/ 6 different sized drills (from 1/16" to 11/64") that store in the separate compartments in the handle. It is marked "GERMANY" on the nickel plated area near the spring type chuck that holds the Stanley or North Brothers Yankee drill points. We are not sure who made this drill, but we do know that a company in Germany name HANSCO made similar push drills in the 1950's era. It measures 9.3" long overall extended without the drill bit. The steel spring chuck and spiral system are in good useable condition with very little wear. Nickel plating is about 97% intact with some very minor wear and minor scratches on it. The bits are are in very good used or new condition, removable, and have a .168" diameter shank, and will except that size Yankee drill bits that we also offer for sale (under Yankee with the search feature). The plastic handle on this drill has shrunk with age, and there is a little bit larger gap between the red end cap and the clear plastic part of the handle. The cone shaped nickel plated part is a little lose also, but the handle is very securely fastened, and still works fine. A nice, clean, unique spiral push drill!
