These saddle bags are from the WWI era . They are marked "US" on both sides and were made by the Boyt Harness Company (Marked "Boyt") which was established in 1905. This bags have the usual wear you would expect from something this old but overall in very good/servicable condition. The bags included the canvas liners, all buckles attached. Could use a good leather conditioning, 1 coat has been applied and soaked up.
