This is a nice used vintage poultry or kitchen shears marked "ED. WUSTHOF SOLINGEN". They are sharp and ready to use. This type features the spring loaded hinge joint and a handle flip latch lock to hold the shears closed for safer storage. The spring is the tube type spring located in the handle area just behind the hinge, and works very well. Adjustable hinge joint thread nut/bolt works great. These appear to be nickel plated everywhere except in the cutting edge area. These are designed to cut through small chicken bones and similar applications. The shears measure 10" long overall.
