This sampler was made by Emily Howard Aged 12 Years. The colors blue and red are nice and strong. She used upper case and lower case letters. The "I" was left out in the upper case. The frame measures 10 x 10. I don't know if it is original to the sampler but the frame is early. Some of the molding is flaking off. The age is unknown but I would guess the late 1800,s
