WMF Fritz Diller (1875-1945) Silver plate Alsatian German shepherd Dog, cast in WMF foundries, designed by Fritz Diller. Signed Diller with WMF marks and numbered 25226 under base when unscrewed. Sculptor Fritz Diller known for his work depicting dogs, Diller modeled dog figures for the various Meissen related porcelain companies KPM, Rosenthal, Royal Berlin. Marble base. Measures: approximately 6.5 x 7.0 inches.
