Winston Couple and Clown Ad 1957 This is an August 12, 1957 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from R J Reynolds tobacco Co of Winston Salem, N.C. Ad shows a couple standing and holding stuffed animals. A seated clown nearby holding a puppy. The three of them are smoking Winston. The lady is saying, Winston tastes good. The clown says, Like a cigarette should. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
