Will B. Lane Ratchet Offset Screwdriver

Unavailable

This is a very nice clean ratchet screwdriver with a slot head screw tip, for those hard to reach screws. A very nice old L-Angle/offset screwdriver with raised letter on the handle section marked "WILL B. LANE CHICAGO ILL. U.S.A. JAN. 14 08", and on the opposite side of the handle the mark "UNIQUE". The ratchet system works on a unique spring wire and pin system, so depending on the side of the pin the wire is on, reflects the direction that the head will ratchet. The pin is stationary, so the wire has to be lifted up over to the other side. This can be a bit difficult, but works just fine. A similar ratchet wrench was made by this same company. This one is 7" long overall, and is in very good clean condition. A nice early 1900's patented right-angle wrench.
