Lovely satin blue glass hand made hand painted ruffle bowl by the Westmoreland Glass Company. It was sold through the House of Charles. It is 4 1/2" tall and 5" wide. The condition is very good to excellent. I see no flaws. However the original owner had used it for a ashtray! But I have cleaned it all out.
