I don't know alot about this tool. It appears to be wedge type chisel. Measures 9.75 in. long and is 5 x 2 in. wide. About 1/2 in. thick. Wood handle. Marked I P. Hyde Reg. US Pat. Off. Seems to be in good condition. Maybe someone will let me know how and what this was used for? I think it's from the late '30's era. I have been informed this is This is a Broom Maker's Hammer. Fairly rare. Thank You Len.
