Watch Holder Lady's Celluloid

Unavailable
Double layered celluloid with pearlized top layer which is embellished with embossed (perhaps applied ?) flowers and hand-painted leaves. In the era when lady's used small "pocket watches" rather than wrist watches, the watch was placed in this king of a holder which was not only functional but decorative. This is a nice example of celluloid and also a timepiece collectible.
