Handsome men's wardrobe from the 1930's is made of gorgeous walnut with walnut burl door inlaid with bleached mahogany pattern. Ornate large brass knob with working lock and new key. Raised scrolled panel either side of the door with swag carvings on each upper corner. Scalloped door top. The interior of the door has the metal rack for ties and a metal stud box marked as such. Three shelves on the interior left side with metal clothes rod for hanging running front to back. The right side offers additional storage space. Stands on two attractive front feet with shallow floor opening between. A short metal arm attaches on the interior of the door at the top if desired to control the swing of the door,currently unattached but easily reattached with two screws or nails if desired as the holes are available. Excellent condition with wonderful patina to the walnut. Measures 63H X 36L X 16D.
