This signatures bears strong resemblence to an artist in the late nineteenth century who decorated KPM plaques. Titled "Holly" on the rear. Plaque resides within an antique giltwood frame housed within a later (but old) shadow box frame. Plaque measures 5 7/8" by 4" and outer frame measures 13.5" by 11.5" by 2.5" and the total weight is 3 lbs. 13 oz. This item comes from a family who have been collecting European porcelain for four generations. It resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York and may be seen by appointment.
