Large very pretty garden patio basket with a metal frame work filled in with wicker or some type of grass ( rattan or bamboo)  woven and looped around the frame.   There are a few spits here and there in the weaving and a lot of wear on the paint.     Perfect for holding stuff, fruit or  newspapers or some potted plants.  However if you use it  as a planter holder the pots need to have something under them to protect the weaving from water damage.     It measures 17.5" x 19" x 11.25.   Plus it is kind of heavy.
