This is a gorgeous velvet and feathers doll hat that I have had for a number of years.Looks fantastic on a doll.The label inside says-ORIGINAL MITZIE CREATION-AMERICAN DESIGN-NEW YORK CREATION and the number 22.The inside of the hat is 4" across opening.It is approx.7 1/4" across.I am not sure when this was made-I know it has been a number of years since I purchased it from an Antique dealer.Beautiful colors on the feathers
