Vintage UPCO Pottery Green Drip Glaze Planter

Unusual green drip glaze rectangular planter, made by Ungemach Pottery, with ribbed ends and a diagonal pattern on the sides. Ungemach Pottery was founded in Roseville, Ohio in 1937 by Fred Ungemach who worked for McCoy Pottery. Known as UPCO, the pottery ran until 1984, making good, strong pottery. This piece is impressed with the UPCO trademark, USA, and 2-00-6" clearly on the bottom; it measures approximately 2.5 inchs high, 6.5 inches wide, and 3.75 inches wide. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks and minimal wear. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / handling will be $10.50.
