Very pretty rectangular planter, made by Ungemach Pottery, in soft gold with auburn flecks and highlights. Ungemach Pottery was founded in Roseville, Ohio in 1937 by Fred Ungemach who worked for McCoy Pottery. Known as UPCO, the pottery ran until 1984, making good, strong pottery. This piece is impressed UPCO and USA very faintly on the bottom; weighing more than 1.5 pounds, it measures approximately 3 inchs high, 8.5 inches wide, and 4.75 inches wide. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks and minimal wear. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / handling will be $11.00.
