Vintage white plastic wicker handbag made by Tropic of Miami, Florida, from the 1960's. It has a white lucite panel on the front with flowers on a gold background, and a white lucite frame and handles. It sits on four brass feet. The interior is lined with white vinyl. There is a zippered pocket across the back, and an open pocket across the front which has some stains inside it. There are some small blue ink pen marks inside. The plastic wicker and lucite is in excellent condition.
