Vintage Texas Shaped Ceramic Ash Tray

This vintage brown ceramic figural ash tray is shaped like the State of Texas. The edges are curved up to form a bowl. The words TEXAS stretch across the inside with two separate cigarette rests. The small circles you notice are explained when you turn the ash tray over to see some of the major cities of Texas written out. I see Dallas, Ft Worth , Lubbock, ElPaso, Austin has a star, San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi, Beaumont and Houston. The only label is a small blue Made In Japan. The condition is good with no damage. There are two areas with glaze skips, one on the back and one on the bottom edge. The white areas on the front are light reflections. This piece would be great in a Texana collection. Look at my inventory for other Texas items.
