Vintage STerling sweetHeart BRooch Fob with gemstones puffy heart

This vintage sterling sweetheart brooch may have been a mother's brooch with the birthstones of  her children.  It has red, blue and purple stones that are bezel set and soldered to the front. This is all original and just adorable!. It measures  1" long and is stamped "sterling" on the back.
