Swedish Olive grabber or sugar cube tongs that are signed on the pushing mechanism.    Just push on the top and the pinchers open to grab an olive to place in the cocktail. It is spring loaded so they spring back when released. These could also be used to grab sugar cubes or even little onions or maraschino cherries.    They are silver but not marked sterling... I assume that they are either coin silver or silver plated.      I bought them in Holland at an antiques market  

Tool measures 4-1/4" in length.
