Truly a wonderful set of dangle earrings from one of the great silversmithing areas of the world. The design is very mid-century modern. They are marked Sterling, 925, Taxco & Mexico on one earring. The other has the faintest hallmark in script. I believe it is Sergio but I'm not sure. There is a reference to him in Bille Hougart's book on the Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks. They are 1 5/8" long and 3/4" wide and weigh 10.5g.
