Very nice oblong ring - a piece of New Zealand jade (nephrite jade, called greenstone in NZ), surrounded by marcasite, set in sterling silver. Would date 1930s-50s. Stamped "Silver" inside the band. Face of ring measures 17.5 mm by 15 mm (11/16 inch by 9/16 inch). Ring fitting is English size N (USA size 6.1/2) with an internal diameter of 16.5 mm. Excellent condition.
