Gorgeous vintage 1960's red, white & black strapless prom or debutante gown made by Mike Benet Formals. The top has a 5" band of white lace decorated with white ribbon over white acetate material. Underneath is a 4-1/2" band of gathered red acetate. The skirt is black satin acetate and is lined with several layers of black tulle. There is no size tag, but the measurements are: bust 38", waist 29", length from waist down 43". Excellent condition.
