Vintage Pyrex Gold Butterfly Oval Casserole with Scarce Cradle Server. This is a lovely pattern of various butterflies and five petaled flowers, made from 1970 to 1980. Most commonly found is a yellow-brown pattern on white, though the reverse of white on yellow-brown also exists. Many of the pieces have a little bit difference in the pattern, such as no butterflies on some pieces or no flowers on others. This oval casserole holds 1 1/2 quarts, is 10 1/4" long, by 7" across and 3 1/4" deep, it comes with the scarce metal with wood handle cradle or server. The server has a gold tone metal frame with wood handles, both the casserole and cradle are in excellent condition, casserole is free of chips and the graphics are in excellent condition.
