Vintage Pottery Log Cabin Aquarium Ornament

This vintage aquarium ornament is a favorite of mine. Everyone should have a two story log cabin with a chimney in their aquarium collection. The details are just so great with 2 open doors and 7 open windows. The colors are a brown and cream stain with shiny green glaze highlights. The chimney is a shiny rose glaze. The ornament has been used in an aquarium and shows some small residue of mineral deposits. Several places have scrapes and glaze loss. The top end log on the first story has a partial chip, but the rustic appearance makes it all look natural. You will not find a more unusual piece of aquarium furniture than this piece. I used up my 4 pictures taking all the sides, but the bottom has a large open hole to let it settle in the sand. No marks to show maker, but I feel from the look of it that it may have been made by Zenith who made lots of great pieces in the 60's.
