Vintage WWII pin up girl metal litho advertising ashtray. I'm sure that it was pretty risque at that time. She does have on a short slip. It says "French Dressing" beside the lovely lady slipping on her red dress.  It is from Cecil's Truck Stop in McAlester, Oklahoma. It measures 4 1/2 " square.
