This outstanding picnic basket is circa 1940-1950. This is just like the one my Mother used in the early 50's. The hinged lid has an elastic utensil strip inside. The excellent condition 11.5 wide 18" long and 9.25" high treasure is perfect for a summer picnic or as a year round decorative accessary.
