Vintage Penney's Towncraft Suitcase Hard Sided Luggage with Firestone Velon Finish and all the Original Paperwork. This suitcase dates to about 1950, it has a Firestone Velon finish which is a special hard plastic finish that is long lasting. This is a large size suitcase, beige or cream in color that has a rust brown interior. All the original paperwork with information about the suitcase is included, along with the original key.

The inside of the suitcase is in excellent condition, no stains, no tears. The only thing noted is the elastic in the pockets on the sides is stretched out, appears to be age related. The outside of the case is also in very good condition, does have some scuffs, from minor use and the metal also shows age related light discoloration. This suitcase is the large size, 26" long, 15 3/4" tall and 7 1/2" deep. Has the initials RTG by the handle, adds to the charm of the lovely piece.
