Vintage Partners Please by Malco Modes Crinoline Lace Petticoat Slip Tutu in pastel pink, a perfect of example of the Rockabilly style. This petticoat was made from the 1960's to the 1970's by Malco Modes of San Francisco. I was originally made as petticoat for under a square dance dress, however, the style has continued to be popular and this vintage slip are often worn as a skirt or tutu as well as under a dress.
This petticoat is a beautiful shade of light pink, is a size medium. There are two layers of solid pink organza or crinoline, each ruffle is edged with satin ribbon between the layers, the bottom of the ruffle has the satin ribbon with a 1 1/4" edge of crinoline. The top is of cool cotton for your dancing comfort. This slip has lots of fluff to it and is absolutely beautiful.
The elasticized waist has a button at the back so that you don't stretch the elastic out when taking it off and on, the waist measures 24" at rest, stretching to 32". Measured from the top of the waistband the length is 23". It is made of 100% nylon exclusive of the trim and it is hand washable, drip or fluff dry. It is vintage, new old stock and has not been worn, so is in excellent condition with the original label attached.
Please see our other listings for additional slips, I have several of these available in different colors and sizes. Shipping is less for combined purchases then the above quoted individual cost per item combined and will be adjusted after your order is placed.
