You are looking at a 12X24 oil or acrylic painting done in 1987 by artist L. Haarup. This piece is in good condition however there are a couple of scuffs on the canvas below the willow branches. The frame of the canvas is wrapped in a silver metal frame. The painting is signed and dated by the artist. I do not know the exact date this was painted or framed. This piece is vintage and will not be perfect. This frame measures 24 3/8 inches tall, 12 3/8 inches side to side and 1 ½ inches front to back. It weighs 4 pounds.
