The index Diagram for each section of this book is printed before the group of charts in that section together with a list of their numbers, prices, titles and descriptions. SAILING AND GENERAL CHARTS - ATLANTIC and GULF COASTS is also printed. Although the reductions are literally photographic and the detail exact, the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, in granting permission to reproduce their works, stipulates that reproductions should not be used for navigational purposes.
